What we collect
HYRINS collects the information submitted through public job applications, including contact details, domicile, cover letters, CVs, and optional portfolio links or files. Company profile data and public vacancy details are also stored to support the hiring process.
How we use it
We use submitted data to deliver applications to the hiring team, review candidate fit, contact applicants about relevant roles, and maintain a clear record of hiring activity. We do not present the public application flow as a marketing form.
Retention and access
Application data remains accessible to authorized recruitment users for active hiring operations and internal review. Access should stay limited to teams that manage vacancies, evaluate submissions, and communicate with candidates.
